4. Benched
Player: |

Manager must notify
umpire, scorekeeper,
opposing manager,
commissioner or any
board member present in
attendance prior to game
with the name of any
player who is being
benched for disciplinary
reasons. |

5. Must Play: |
| |
(a) All players (not
benched) must play 2
innings and bat at least
once. If unable to
comply with this rule
(due to shortened game
only), that player must
start in the next game
and must play 4 innings
and bat 2 times. Any
violation of this rule
should be reported to
Commissioner(s).
(b)
Late Arrival:
Players who arrive after
1st pitch in
the second inning are
not subject to must play
rule (unless the manager
has been notified in
advance that the player
would be late) and do
not have to play. |

6. Must Slide: |
| |
Must slide or avoid
contact at home plate
only – Ump’s call. |

7. Balking: |
| |
Balks will not be
enforced for first four
games for each team (no
play call). After 4th
game, balks will be
called and enforced). |

8. New Inning: |
| |
Games subject to a time
limit cannot start a new
inning within 10 minutes
of the end of the second
hour, unless a tie score
in which case play will
continue one inning or
until tie is broken.
Once inning is started,
it can be completed. If
unable to complete an
official game due to
time or weather, will
use score of previous
inning to determine
winner. If game was
tied, it may be replayed
or finished at a later
date to determine winner
at the discretion of the
Board. |

9. Rain-Outs: |

Games canceled prior to
starting due to rain
will not be made up. 5
innings is an official
game. Anything less may
be rescheduled and
resumed from point of
stoppage at the
discretion of the Board. |

10.
Continuations: |
| |
Must resume with all
previous records and all
original players in
attendance, if possible. |
|
11. Pitching: |
| |
7
innings per week per
pitcher (pitching week
Sunday to Saturday).
Must have three (3) days
rest after pitching more
than 3 innings. Once a
13 year old pitcher is
removed he may not
return as a pitcher in
that game. |

Protests: |
| |
No
protests will be
permitted. All
conflicts will be
resolved on the field. |
